Getting my spark back

My name is Silvia and this is my Beneve story…I was in a place of surviving motherhood and I wanted to thrive. I was dealing with puffiness, brain fog, lack of sleep, no energy or motivation and feeling like I was at a crossroads. I was living a very holistic 80/20 lifestyle, doing “all the right things” and still struggling as a mom of 4!

A friend of mine shared the watermelon berry and power of 3 with me and the first day I instantly felt energized, mental clarity and excitement! After taking the products for over a month I’ve lost 6lbs, but more than that I have my spark back!!! My puffiness has gone down, my skin looks great, I’m sleeping more deeply — even having dreams! I just feel overall like the mom and wife  I’ve always known was in there, and now I feel more alive and joyful and simply just have my spark back again and to me that’s the biggest win!
